Job Responsibilities:

  • End to end courier sourcing from different channels for all Karachi Hubs
  • Detailed document screening of couriers from all aspects
  • Opening of Courier Employee Codes and their payroll processing and posting on system on monthly basis
  • Sharing of Courier Security clearance with Security department on monthly basis
  • Issuance of Courier letter
  • Courier separation in Harmony and posting every month by deadline
  • Issuance of Experience letter of all resigned staff after clearance
  • To ensure duplication of Requisition Form may not occur
  • Maintain monthly Courier Change File
  • Process courier re-hiring after fulfilling necessary actions
  • Maintain bank account details of all new staff and share by deadline
  • Process Leave Encashment applications
  • Process applications received for Company loan, Advance salary & Provident Fund loan
  • Dispatch monthly salary pay-order of all staff
  • Share pay-slips of courier & temporary staff with concern line via email
  • Issuance of Employee Card
  • Facilitating business in HR matters by providing ground level HR services
