They champion local experiences by enabling quality stays & promoting quality local businesses across Pakistan.
Drive daily critical operations of the company and support the COO and management team on the company’s most pressing strategic initiatives.
Conduct strategic analysis, develop and prepare plans and oversee operations to grow and scale the business.
Oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision.
Anticipate and track operational and tactical risks and provide strategic solutions.
Perform quality controls and monitor key performance indicators to meet set targets
Collaborate with back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values.
Establish and maintain credible, professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors
Support back-office and firm-wide training programs, reinforcing tech and operations infrastructure between departments to ensure consistency and quality standards are met
Work closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed in accordance to regulatory-based best practices
