- Qualification: Bachelors or Masters in relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience with proven record of filling critical positions
- Ability to multi task
- Well connected in the HR spheres and placement offices as well
- Proficient with head hunting
- Duties will include preparing JD’s, creating resume pools, screening, aligning interviews and maintaining a resume database.
- Compensation: 50k +health and group life insurance
