QA Agent

We are inquest of suitable candidates for the position of QA Agent one of our client.

Job Description:

Ensure all tasks are completed on a daily basis
Maintain a summary of daily task and share progress with managers
Monitor Content and divide sellers based on content quality
Send out emails to all sellers based on content quality
Maintain a comprehensive document with seller content quality score and derive actions
Maintain a comprehensive document with certain keywords and update the document daily

Requirements:

University Graduate
Understanding the e-Commerce market and basic concepts
Proficiency with Microsoft office, especially Microsoft Excel and Project
Able to work both independently and with other teams
Proactive and critical thinking, Fast Learner
Keep commitment and responsibility

Duty timing: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM Salary: 20K to 22K Location: Clifton - Karachi
