Position: Hospital Receptionist
Experience: 2 – 3 Years of experience in (Hospital Receptionist)
Education: Bachelor’s.
Salary: 25,000 + Benefits
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Shifts: Rotational
Job Location: C.P Berar Society Ghazi Salah Uddin Road near Dhoraji Colony, Karachi.
Gender: Male

Job Description:
- Operate HMS software in system for preparing slips, admissions & appointments.
- To take handing/taking over from previous shift.
- Reception In charge
- Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying OPD In charge of patient's arrival,
- Comforts patients by anticipating patient's anxieties; answering patient's question.
- Maintains reception area.
- Helps patients in distress by responding to emergencies.
- Protects patients' right by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial
- Information.
- Maintain operations by following politics arid procedures, reporting needed changes.
- Note down & forward messages / information to all reception colleagues received by
- O.P.D. in charge or concerned department.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
