- Arrange the stock room of all store in proper order for audit convenience
- Preparing and maintaining records of all inventory store wise
- Review inventory counts and balance accuracy
- Perform thorough research and document inventory discrepancies using all available resources to identify root causes and supply possible solutions
- Investigating inventory shortages and discrepancies
- Keeping in touch of changes in inventory control best practices in order to educate staff and issue policy changes
- To perform special audits, announced and unannounced
- To review cash control, safety, security and inventory procedures.
- To reduce inventory shrinkage and cash losses in assigned audit division
- Report and correct identified violations
- To manage store to store stock movement and transfer orders.
- To manage and record all store claims, Exchanges and all Transfer IN/OUT
- Any other task assigned by management
