Job Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis using a variety of data aggregation and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Excel, and Looker Studio.
- Understand business requirements and create custom data reports based on the provided specifications and KPIs on a regular basis.
- Setup custom dashboards on HubSpot and other marketing or sales platforms as per the requirements for real-time insights and performance graphs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as PPC, Inbound Marketing, and Inbound Sales to compile data and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Help managers to identify key metrics, data points, and data sets to perform detailed performance audits at a micro level every month or as per adhoc need.
- Regularly work with teams and managers to clean up obsolete records, remove discrepancies, and filter overall data for accuracy.
Required Skill-Set:
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting.
- Must have good command on SQL and Excel with a hands on experience in at least one of the mentioned platforms
- PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Any prior experience of performing marketing or sales data analysis at a digital agency or a software company is good to have.
- Bachelors in computer science, data science or a related field. Plus points for those who can proficiently code in Python or R.
- Proficient in English communication (both verbal and written).
- Advanced analytics, problem solving, and presentation skills are required, especially using Excel.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with itnernal and cross-functional teams.
