- Build long-term relationships with customers through conversation.
- Deal and handle all the queries of new & existing Clients.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Willing to learn new skills.
- Work independently, self-motivated, Responsible, and Take the initiative.
- Jobs Timings: Monday to Friday (8 pm to 5 am)
- Must have experience in USA campaign
- Communication with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Excellent Phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Provide Knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
