Key Tasks

  • Implement the required configurations on clients’ programs in different platforms

  • Monitor the customer activities in i2c’s platforms and address any issues related to the program configurations

  • Prepare Weekly/Monthly reports on program’s growth KPIs and distribute to clients

  • Develop complete understanding of each program in the portfolio

  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss KPIs, Operational Issues and Publish MOMs for the relevant stakeholders

  • Coordinate internally with account management team to deliver operational support to clients

  • Prepare regular reports for internal management on daily/weekly activities

  • Ensure successful implementations and startup of client’s programs in i2c platforms

  • Achieve the required technical skills and industry knowledge to ensure optimal client satisfaction

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards

  • Provide technical/business support to clients on day-to-day operational challenges and issues

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong understanding of technical systems (e.g. Database and Web Applications)

  • Strong analytical skills and to be able to deduce trends from a dataset

  • Good working experience with Office tools
