i3RL is expanding its team, therefore, we are looking for experienced resources to join our Lahore office. Candidates will be given preference who can join on immediate basis.

Essential skills:

Proven experience as a QA tester
Familiarity with Agile software development methodology
Review and analyze system specifications
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Collaborate with Leads/Developers to develop effective strategies and test plans
Consistently execute test cases (manual and/or automated) and analyze results in a timely manner
Design, develop, execute & maintain manual/automated test cases and test scripts for functional and regression tests.
Configure and maintain manual/automated testing environments for multiple executions
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
Ensure software defects are collected and tracked in a manner consistent with the agreed upon documentation scheme and report defects to the project team as appropriate.
Working knowledge Excel, SOAP UI, SQL Profiler, T-SQL
Generate logs to document testing phases and defects
Effectively report bugs and errors to development teams
Maintain up to date QA/Product related artifacts
Drive constant improvement in manual as well as test automation practices and knowledge.
Follow-through and conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
Train and mentor other members of QA team to gain expertise and adoption of Automation practices.
