- Provide support to the Recruitment function in the organization which includes ushering candidates for ibex. Digital (formerly known as dgs) from the seating area to designated recruiters.
- Follow up with candidates that have not shown up for their interviews and reschedule them if necessary.
- Assisting with voice recording and testing for selected candidates.
- Filing resumes of all candidates at the end of the day. Shredding sensitive documents.
- Assisting and providing support for all processes in the department as necessary.
- Need to be extremely fluency in English communication and presentable.
