A Large & reputed Ihsan ullah Construction Company (ICC) of Pakistan: Looking for a Candidate for the Position of Quantity Surveyor in D I Khan.

Qualification & Experience:

The Candidate Should be BS Quantity Surveyor or Diploma Associate Engineering (DAE) from reputed Local/ foreign university. Qualified Candidate having Minimum 8 years of experience as QS.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all activities related to successful completion of the project including the following:

A Quantity Surveyor manages all costs relating to Building and Civil Engineering Projects, from the Initial calculations to the Final figures. And at least he has completed two mega Projects.
Verification of works and related assignments.
Surveyors seek to minimize the costs of project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.
Many of these are specified by statutory building regulations, which to surveyor need to understand and adhere.
Preferred will be given to those applicants who have Roads building experience.
