Will understand all marketing elements from creative to execution for digital to print.
Will manage the internal team in delivering all required creative elements, according to brand standards.
Ability to analyze market data, competitive playing field and research to set strategy and visions for local store marketing and develop plans that leverage key findings, solve business problems and capitalize on opportunities.
The candidate will have industry knowledge and experience dealing with independent retailers and/or multi-unit operators. Will direct all elements of local store marketing in a scalable way supporting independent retailers and corporate stores.
Ability to create marketing training videos and webinars for retailers and ability to lead live training session at key retailer meetings/conferences
The successful candidate understands the principles of project management. He/she has effective time management skills and an ability to focus on high priority activities and not let everyday issues overwhelm key objectives.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to work with marketing teams, co-op organizations, and vendors. Proven track record of working within cross functional organization.
The candidate must have a proven track record of delivering on aggressively set objectives. This individual must be a decisive, action-oriented individual who possesses strong interpersonal skills and a high-energy approach with demonstrated success in growing market presence, revenues and profits. Demonstrated ability to assess market dynamics and quickly take advantage of market opportunities or course-correct, when necessary.
Must demonstrate ability to communicate marketing management and/or corporate management vision to independent retailers and be able to develop and build upon relationships with the independent retail community. This candidate will possess superior oral and written communications skills.
Will develop new store-specific marketing programs that “grow sales” and support overall marketing initiatives to attract new customers and drive sales from existing customers.
Candidate should be able to work independently without continuous supervision, have high integrity to follow through on all commitments and the desire to assume increased responsibility.
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
