•        To monitor day to day cleaning activities at plant and making relevant reports for audits

•        Cleaning material arrangements, maintaining inventory, issuance, and compliance of HSE

•        Maintaining salaries/ wages and OT, keeping record of attendance of the Janitorial staff for salary sheets preparations

•        Billing/ Payments of Janitorial (PR, PO)

•        Ensuring medicals of all workers from in-house clinic and Punjab Food Authority

•        Provision and maintenance of lockers for the workers

•        PPEs arrangements for workers and guests & Monitoring day to day canteen operations

•        Maintaining quality and rates standards as per agreement

•        Monthly billing of canteen subsidy

•        Maintenance of the current building, furniture & fixtures  

•        New projects developments to meet the demands of the expanding business needs

•        Scrap Sorting, segregation & storage at designated areas

•        Monitoring rates, getting quotations from the parties, making comparisons & getting approvals for final rates

•        Lifting of the scrap on approved rates

•        Timely disposal to keep of saleable and non-saleable waste as per approved standards

•        Liaison with WAPDA and SNGPL for day-to-day utility issues, complaints, and timely resolutions.

•        Liaison Punjab Food Authority for submission of regulatory fee, inspection of the plant, timely renewal of Food Business license certificate, Training of the staff from PFA training centers and medicals from PFA labs of all third-party staff before hiring.

•        Liaison with other departments like Drainage Division, Environment Protection Authority, Civil Defense, Police Stations, Excise and taxation, Weights and measures, Rescue, Municipal Administration etc.

•        To ensure the availability of pest management equipment at the plant and warehouses

•        Monitoring reports , Maintenance & operations of Company vehicle/s

•        Safety Signs/ posters arrangements as per HSE requirements

•        Issuance of Work permits as per protocol

•        Execution of all safety projects like exit doors, walkways, safety road marking, fire protection system etc.

•        Periodic in-house & free safety trainings by Rescue 1122, Civil defense, and Highway police 

•        Fire cylinders inspection, monitoring & ensuring timely refilling before the expiry

•        Periodic checklists and maintenance    

•        Organizing and managing events at plant like Sports Galas, Parties, Celebrations, Eid Milan, Independence Day, Workers get together, Orientation sessions etc.

•        Lunch & Tea arrangements for the staff & guests

•        Training of the staff

•        Uniforms/ safety shoes/ PPEs arrangements

•        Updating drivers list at gate for the timely support

•        Supporting IR Manager in getting all the service contracts signed by the procurement timely
