ICON Consultants Looking for Mechanical Engineer in Faisalabad

A Mechanical Engineer with experience of 8 to 10 years in MEP. This resource will be 100% Faisalabad based.

Job Description for Mechanical Engineer; (including but not limited to)

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Can develop the schedules for the mechanical installations

· Develop the mitigation plans for the all the clash studies

· Coordinate and give solutions for the different clashes like electrical & civil

· Understand and give proper design solution on consultant drawings and participate in design review meeting with client.

· Understand the valves and piping installations and design requirement suggest the appropriate actions on ground

· Can develop the piping isometric and 3D layouts and calculate the BOQ for the mechanical utilities.

· Understand the Govt. regulations for the Gas connections and develop the reports accordingly fulfilling the regulations.

· Must worked on RO water, Chiller & AHU system and understand the design requirements can implement the changes as per requirement.

· Understand the safety aspects of steam and ensure mechanical executions according the international safety standards.

· Can develop the method statements and conduct the deep risk assessments for all mechanical loaded jobs.

· Develop the Job Safety analysis and suggest the appropriate suggestion to mechanical contractor

· Understand and suggest the mechanical contracts to ensure all the needed clauses can be included

· Must have hands on experience in mechanical utilities commissioning and develop the check lists and handover documents accordingly.

· Develop the deep mechanical scopes for the bid purposes with the support of AutoCAD drawings

· Can lead independently the mechanical erector and do efficient planning

1. CONTRACT: 12 months, but can be extended

2. SALARY: 120-150 K (Based on Experienc) per month inclusive inclusive of residence daily commuting etc.
