iCrowdNewswire immediately requires 1 x Finance / Account Associate for one of its offices based in Islamabad.
- To conduct and facilitate all primary & secondary objectives of the Finance department in every possible dimension in order to maintain and improve the overall department’s performance in an efficient and timely manner.
Principal Accountabilities:
Creating and processing invoices
Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
Dealing with vendors regarding credit terms and/or pricing negotiations
Tracking organization expenses
Sending bills and invoices to clients
Processing refunds/discounts/credits
Following up with clients for payment
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Assist in month-end closing activities
Any other responsibilities related to the function of finance that the management seems fit to be assigned
Professional & Technical Competencies
- Sound Knowledge of Accounting Principles
- Accounts Payable / Receivables
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Hands-on experience on MS Office Especially MS Excel
- Hands-on experience on Accounting Software Quick Books
- Google Spreadsheets
- Strong Analytical skills
- Quick learner.
- Completed/Part-qualified ACCA/CA/CIMA/ICMA.
