The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to:

Managing sales data, reporting sales and campaign results.
Work with sales rvps. To motivate and drive performance of sales team.
Using internal data, along with market and competitor research, to help drive sales strategy and “hit the numbers”.
Work with ceo to creat and maintain a world-class sales culture, focused on delivering results by providing ongoing coaching..
Analyze performance metrics data and leverage it to effectively coach and develop the sales support team.
Provide support to divisional leadership (I.E. Rsm) as necessary.
Any other task given by ceo.

Qualification:

Mba marketing from a reputable university.

Experience:

At least 4 to 6 years in same department, candidate having experience in fmcg or any other reputable healthy cultural organization will be preferred.
