Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Reaching the targets and goals set for the area.
- · Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base.
- · Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products.
- · Recruiting and training sales staff .
- · Allocating areas to sales representatives.
- · Setting sales targets for individual reps and the team as a whole.
- · Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- · Reporting to senior manager
