A well known company I&K Enterprises require Territory Sales Executive (T.S.E) in Lahore, Hyderabad, Multan, Rawalpindi.

Job Description:

· Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products

· Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

· Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base

· Reporting to senior managers regular basis

· Keeping up to date with products and competitor

· Visit potential customers for new business

· Reporting to the senior Managers that reports formats given by the company.

· Identify new markets and business opportunities.

· Responsible for all matters of distribution handling

· Trained ,Coach and develop team members; help resolve dysfunctional behaviors

· Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they are being provided is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed

· Manage the flow of day-to-day operations of team members

· Motivate and inspire team members
