This position is accountable for

Oversees company social media accounts management
Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote related focused messages.
Coordinate social media messaging and engage them.
Ability to create authorities and persuasive content for the post.
Send out Whatsapp and Emails through platform to existing and potential customers.
Call customers to confirm orders and give order updates through WhatsApp and other chanels.
Handle all sort of customer queries and returns.
Setup and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of companies social content.
Collaborate with other department (Customer relations, Sales etc.) to manage reputation and identify key players and coordinate actions
Create Stories and Reels through Instagram
Design stories and Reels through Canva
