The candidate duties & responsibilities are as follows:
Responsibilities for HR Specialist
- Responsible for acquisition of new talents in USA and Pakistan
- Communicate with manager to resolve issues with concerned departments
- Ensure about attendance and time cards monitoring
- Managing the wages and Payroll System
- Handling the Employees Complaints and resolve their issues
- Define and set HR policies within the organization
- Analyze pay scale to ensure compliance with wage and labor laws
- Train employees and other staff about the company system
- Maintain staff and talent record efficiently
Qualifications for HR Specialist
- Must be fluent in English
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field, preferred
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Executive/Assistant
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Applications
- Superior attention to detail
- Proven track record of maintaining employee confidentiality
- Must have knowledge of HR Application Assessment Systems
- Experience with payroll systems
- Able to handle the work pressure with deadlines
