- Ensure Pre- and post- disbursement loan verification of the loan portfolio as per mandate given by management encompassing but not limited to the:-
(a) Reviewing of loan application form for completeness and accuracy;
(b) Review documents submitted for application for authenticity and completeness;
(c) Conduct sample onsite visit to business and/or customers/guarantor premises;
(d) Perform sample checks on cash flows projections submitted and if required, make a recommendation on loan quantum.
- Identify and report any anomalies, discrepancies or suspicious matters noted during random cross-verification checks to Deputy Head Field and Tele-verification;
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate credit decisions in accordance with internal policies and procedures;
- Prepare and submit management reporting in accordance with internal policies and procedures;
- Ensure availability of required resources to manage the work load;
- Recommend process/product level changes (if any) based on field visits for improvements.
- Be involved in ad hoc projects or assignments.
