We are seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to join our new outbound call center team.In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling and generating leads for health insurance campaigns in the USA.
Responsibilities
- Generate Leads via telemarketing.
- Engage with warm leads and provide detailed information about insurance plans. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build trust and rapport with clients by understanding their needs.
Qualifications:
- Min 2 year to 3 years of Experience in an International call center
- Fluent in English
- Ability to handle objections and overcome resistance
- Self-motivated and results-driven
