Responsibilities:

Define the working strategy to fulfill the developing requirements
Monitor and adjust the workflow according to timeline and design goals
Tracking, documentation and reporting of team members activities and performances
Review and documentation of project progress
Close contact with the headquarter and implementation of project changes and adjustments
Manage office administrative and financial matters with the help of an account/admin assistant.

Proven Multi-Year record of team management for small and medium teams in execution of Software project development in a planned way.
Efficient and quick problem solver,
Excellent 2-way communication skills (upward and downward),
Understanding of software development processes and source code repository management (Git, SVN etc.).
Experience of developing RTOS based Embedded Firmware.
