• Conducting discovery calls, the establishment of connections, client qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Experience in Field marketing and establishing good PR with the clients or businesses who can be the targeted customers.
  • The ideal candidate has to market and bring sales for our SaaS products.
  • Recommends changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Explaining complex technical information to customers in an easily understandable way.
  • Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and delivery schedules. 

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1.5 to 2 years of sales or marketing experience.
  • Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how the company products work.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to identify and follow up on leads.
  • Exceptional skills in selling products (Field Marketing) and closing deals.
  • Knowledge of sales promotion techniques.
  • Excellent presentation skills and a professional appearance.
  • A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel extensively.
