This position requires a graphic designer to join our office based in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a very strong aesthetic sense, communication design and a strong command over Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and other tools related to Graphic Design.
Responsibilities:
- Creating visually appealing social media posts and banners, preparing infographics, retouching photos, thumbnails, and other graphics required
- Handle multiple projects at the same time and seamlessly move from one project to another.
- Prepare impactful graphic designs from ideas and briefs.
- Design web pages, mockups and layouts, brochures, logos, signs, books, covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials.
- Create these materials using computer software programs. Adobe's Creative Suit, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, aftereffects, premier pro.
- Work with Marketing Department and create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, info graphics, and designs to reflect the theme and tone of the communications.
- Select type size and style to enhance the readability of text and image using proper communication design
- Produce drafts for review by marketing department and make revisions based on the feedback received.
- Review final productions for errors and ensure that final design reflects specifications given by marketing department.
Job Specification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design, Art and Design or related field.
- Must have sample work to display during interview or past projects which display your quality of work. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- A strong command over Adobe Photoshop, and After Effects.
- Knowledge of Illustrator and Premiere Pro a plus
- Should have at least 3 examples of sample work as a graphic designer editing videos or photos.
- Experience as a graphic designer on communication and lettering.
- Proficiency in English Language
- A strong eye for visual composition.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Be able to give and receive instructions and advices.
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- Video editing skills including sound effect familiarity, Editing Key Frames, Templates hands on experience and Manual Editing - Desirable
- Plus, points, lighting skills in video making/image design and sense of fashion for capturing video and images. - Desirable
