Operate as the lead point of contact for any/all matters specific to your customers
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful submission of proposals and estimates according to customer needs and objectives
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales team to ensure growth attainment
Develop professional product and company presentations and deliver same to the customer.
Look after all company contract (SLA) related matters.
Should not have any issue in local travelling.
Strong follow up internally/externally.
Candidate should be a team player.
Look after the company’s financial interest.
