Operation & Maintenance
- To troubleshoot issues when occur, Check and maintain logs of Network Monitoring System (NMS), Configure installed equipment's as per requirement, Update and document changes and forward it to concerns in order to support working of IT Operations.
Monitoring
- Monitor different network devices, IP Cameras, Video Surveillance System, VOIP, AXXON Application, Check NMS, health checks.
- And communicate issue to concern department, Escalation of tickets to higher level (If required), in order to provide uninterrupted services to the client.
Service Desk Support
- To receive complaint from service desk regarding Cameras, Voice over IP, Axxon Application, Resolve issues as soon as possible, Provide feedback, Send report to supervisor in case of any related issue.
- Send shift end report to supervisor, Document every activity of Operations, Perform any other tasks assigned in order to ensure up and running condition of IT Operations
Interdepartmental Coordination
- To coordinate with relevant teams with regards to operations in order to resolve issues with in time
Inventory management
- To ensure proper stock of components, maintain inventory record and share the inventory status with team in order to ensure proper management of inventory.
