Purpose of the Job
To successfully plan, design, Implement and Maintain databases IN ORDER to ensure smooth delivery of the project and operations of the specific systems WITHIN the limits of organizational SOPs and vendor guidelines.
1. Functions & Responsibilities (duties to be performed by this position)
1- To ensure clients/systems expectations are meet as per the scope in order to complete solutions.
2- To document the plan and design phase in order to maintain standardization.
3- To support the project team as per their implementation plan in order to meet the project timeline.
4- To prepare the resources in order to complete the planned activities.
5- To support and monitor the resources in order to resolve technical issues and the timelines.
6- To coordinate across various teams/resources to ensure an effective team effort to achieve the common objectives
7- To coordinate with the client as per the communication plan in order to keep the key stakeholders updated
8- To ensure all documentation is shared with the clients in order to meet expectations
9- To ensure the client is trained as per the requirements in order to meet the project goals
10- To coordinate with the vendors as per the requirements in order to facilitate better understanding and timely resolution of highlighted Issues
11- To liaise with the vendors in case of any technical support in order to achieve the project goals.
12- To Ensure the team members or other Internal resources are well versed in terms of domain knowledge in order to build their capacity
Any other task assigned by the Management.
