1. Market Research

- Researching potential customers in the context of the requirements and the products offered

2. Relationship Management

- With potential suppliers, customers, shipping line, forwarding agencies and clearing agents

3. Monitoring of shipment and preparation of shipping documents

4. Documentation of Export Documents

- Preparation of all kinds of export documents including invoices, packing list, origin certificates, etc.

- Any other documents as per the requirement of the destination country

- Preparation and processing of LCs

- Submission of import/export custom files with respect to the bill of entries and bill of exports

5. Ensure on-time delivery of the customer orders in coordination with Supply Chain
