Monitor customer complaints and ensure effective resolution while liaison with concerned stake holders.
Analyze & process procurement needs of the organization.
Control and monitor all operational activities of sites and projects.
Effectively manage Sales Operations expenses.
Responsible for order management i.e. ensuring timely availability of stock at warehouse while coordinating with factory.
Responsible for warehouse management of deliveries and stocks.
Responsible for the maintenance and security of Showroom, Store and Warehouse.
Supervise general administration, the housekeeping team, local purchases and store.
Dealing with Government organizations (EOBI, Social Security etc.)
Responsible for contractors/vendors bill payments.
Responsible for training contractors and supervisors.
