Responsible for dealing with incoming clients.
Prepare quotations and payment receipts to process retail orders, Invoicing and generation of GDOs.
Follow-up on the clients’ deliveries, payments, and receivables.
Arrange initial site visit with client. Visit the clients’ sites for meeting (if required).
Receive token money from client against proposal and plan layout.
Make all initial and final documents of orders and maintain the client file.
Send complete detail of order to design department.
Follow up with the design department and other concerned departments for layouts, quotation, orders and for timely revisions.
Follow up with the Accounts department for GDR, and ledger of customers.
Verify the stock position from Supply chain Department.
Attend complaints, forward to complaint section, keep follow up and resolve the complaints regarding goods and shortage of ordered items.
