- Must be fluent in english
- Time Management Skills
- Must be a graduate from a reputable University
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Must have Recruitment Experience
- Good MS Office Skills
- Good Phone Handling Skills
Job Description:
- To find talent using Facebook paid un paid Ads.
- Command on social media
- Post Ads on OLX and Rozee.pk
- To call candidates and take initial Telephonic Interview
- Screening and Selection Process Awareness
- Maintain Reports/List using MS Excel
- Report to the HR Manager .
Timings:
- From 4PM to 11 PM (8 Hours Shift)
