If you live and breathe marketing, we need to talk. We’re looking for a flexible and versatile digital marketer who will be working for our startup that is expected to go beyond anyone's imagination.

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Plan SEM programs for keyword discovery, keyword expansion, ad copy, ad grouping, landing page optimization, testing, and analysis.
  • Manage the right mix of content to create integrated campaigns, including outbound emails, campaign landing pages, webinars, infographics, and social media.
  • Research and analyze competitor SEM campaigns
  • Manage our presence and bidding on difference freelancing websites
  • Develop effective display campaigns, including banner ads, social media, and retargeting.
  • Manage A/B testing, including ad copy and landing page optimization to improve click through and conversion rates.
  • Write content and press releases
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and generate leads, with a close eye on ROI.
  • Use analytic skills to identify and test emerging opportunities for business market growth and improvement.
  • Analyze marketing pipeline, and identify and implement action plans to improve and maximize ROI

Requirements

  • BBA/MBA/MS in marketing degree in or a related field
  • 2-3 years’ experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programs. 
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and others)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Excellent writing skills (content creation and press releases)
  • This position is for afternoon shift (11-8 or 12-9)
