Managing the books of accounts, providing financial advice on all issues relating to the business and growth of the company besides being responsible for the periodical financial reporting.
Reviewing annual, half yearly, quarterly and monthly financial statements, and its interpretation
Investment and treasury functions
Business modeling, forecasting and cash flow projections
Analyzing change and conducting risk assessment
Participating in strategic planning, and long-term business plans
Assessing the financial implications of new or existing ventures
Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
Budget review, monitoring, and ensure budgetary control; Monitoring cash flow
Managing the tax matters of company, staff and suppliers & ensuring timely payment to the tax authorities and coordinating with the tax consultants in tax matters.
Liaison with internal and external auditors of the Company.
Ensure that adequate internal controls are placed for the safeguarding of assets of the company
Leading, or working on, projects; etc
