Lead the sourcing processes of goods, works and services
Lead preparation of departmental procurement plans
Prepare Annual Procurement Plan
Ensure Timely Selection of suppliers to participate in a procurement process
Appraisal of purchase requisition from user departments
To approve issuance of stores supplies
Follow up on deliveries
Maintain and update asset records for all the inventory in the Organization
Ensure Maintenance and safe custody of all procurement records and documents
Develop and implement procedures and systems to evaluate and select suppliers
Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.
Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as, finance, production, medical and quality assurance.
Identify opportunities to reuse or recycle materials to minimize consumption of new materials, minimize waste, or to convert wastes to by-products.
Any other task assigned by the line manager
