• To assist in scrutinizing & compliance checking the invoices raised by suppliers and record them in the ERP System or Ammanah System currently in use of IRP.
  • Assist in Make petty & bank payments with proper review & Authentication
  • Securing petty cash and its reconciliation on a weekly basis and replenishment.
  • Review all payments as per IRP Financial guidelines and SOPS.
  • Assist the accurate preparation of cheques and deduction of applicable taxes.
  • Calculation of tax and assist in the submission of Taxes to the govt. treasury as per law.
  • To assist delivery of cheques to the suppliers/Concerned person.
  • Assist in Maintaining proper log of all used & unused cheque books & Receipt books
  • Assist in recording all transactions of expenses & taxes in the ERP System.
  • Tracking of all advances to ensure return within the prescribed time.
  • Assist in the issuance of details of transactions and explaining their nature to the relevant project staff.
  • Assist in contacting with bankers and Area Finance
  • To assist in liaising with Area Finance answering queries on financial matters and guidelines.
  • Maintain an up-to-date Filing system of Finance records with proper files, indexing, and security.
  • Assist in liaising with the IR’s bank as directed by the Finance Office/Area Finance Lead including reconciliation of bank statements.


  • Assist in the preparation & record management of financial records/information so that may be accessed by relevant individuals as & when needed.
  • Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, and other progress reports for management’s info.
  • To Assist proper filling of forms & formats as per desired standard
  • Close coordination with Field Office Lead/District Coordinator & Finance Officer for effective implementation of policies/guidelines.


  • Assist in ensuring compliance with IR’s policies & procedures in true spirit for effective delivery of services.
  • Understanding of IR values and their demonstration in real-time.
  • Abide by the IR zero-tolerance policy towards bribery & corruption as well as sensitize others on coping mechanisms so that they can raise their voices as & when feel inappropriate.
  • Thorough knowledge of IR strategic priorities & the way you can contribute to its achievement.
  • Assist in the identification & documentation of organizational successes for showcasing IR work
  • Facilitate the organizational stance on climate change through the adaptation of environment-friendly & cost-effective approaches in your domain.
  • Respect & promote the organizational stance on workforce diversity & support the efforts being made for mainstreaming of marginalized groups i.e. Persons with disability and old age, minorities, Women & Children, etc. in carrying out organization activities.
  • Assist in ensuring periodic field visits to witness the challenges and implementation of activities at the ground level.
  • Assist in participation and facilitation in the implementation of IR seasonal programs.

Qualification Minimum:

  • B.COM, BBA & MBA.


  • Minimum 01 year relevant experience with Master’s degree & 2 years with Bachelor
  • Computer/IT Equipment’s Skills:
  • MS Office, Outlook, ERP systems familiarity & Photocopier, Printer & Scanners use


Urdu, English, and local languages
