IT Devices Online PVT Ltd is a rapidly growing e-commerce company that specializes in selling technology hardware, software and services. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our presence on the Amazon platform, driving sales growth, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Ecommerce Account Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that maximize our product visibility, enhance customer engagement, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of our Amazon/Ecommerce seller accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, meet revenue targets and profitability
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, pricing, and product listings.
  • Coordinate with our product and sales team to ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings for search visibility and conversion
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve product ranking and increase visibility  
  • Monitor competitor activities on Amazon and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct product research, stay up to date with what is in demand and selling in the marketplace
  • Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Stay up to date with Amazon policies and trends to ensure compliance and stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Amazon Account Manager or in a similar role, ideally 5-6 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, Amazon policies, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Proficient in using Amazon Seller Central and other relevant tools
  • Up to date knowledge of the technology industry
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
