The Retail Salesperson will assist customers with online purchasing through multiple social channels.
Responsibilities:
- Greets and interacts with customers.
- Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to the purchase.
- Demonstrates and explains online purchases, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the needs.
- Answers customers' questions about the purchase.
- Assists customers with purchase decisions.
- Collects payment using the store point of sale system.
- Processes returns and exchanges.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Excellent online sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to use social platforms to engage customers online.
