- Guiding & Training subordinates about business activities and maintaining accounts
- Maintaining all financial record of the company (both written & on computer)
- Keeping stock record and taking measures to minimize stock loss
- Prepare financial statements on quarterly basis to assist financial planning
- Preparing Cost Of Goods Manufactured statement
- Prepare monthly report for the management- Keeping track of receivables & payables
- Preparing cheques & Deposit slips- preparing debit vouchers & credit voucher
- Preparing delivery note for the goods that are being delivered
- Maintaining files
- Keeping record of monthly sales tax return
- Assisting external auditors in conducting audit
- Advising the management for any improvements in accounting system
