JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Identifying and approaching prospects and potential clients
  • Devising and implementing marketing and targeting strategy
  • Planning pitches and company presentation in consultation with technical staff
  • Negotiating and closing of contracts
  • Implementing tools and strategies for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Developing and running a feedback system from client
  • Input in design and updates of marketing tools as per market feedback e.g. company profile, brochures, websites etc.

PREFERENCES:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing/sales of B2B sector
  • Knowledge of construction will be a plus
  • Patience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Commercial awareness
