Responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of project deliverables, lead project planning, budgeting, action plans and monitoring processes.
Ensures close collaboration and coordination with supporting departments to guarantee smooth implementation of activities and achievement of results as specified in contract.
Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
Oversee all project activities and be the main contact point for stakeholders and the field staff.
Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods
Ensure project activities comply with the policies and regulations of the organization
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Supervise, monitor and follow-up on-field activities of affiliated regional offices.
Employs resourcefulness in project design, implementation and monitoring. Trouble shoots project problems. Identifies and implements creative solutions.
Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly activity-based project progress reports as well as monthly and fortnightly financial statements and sending of new funding requests.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Lead and motivate the project team and project expenditure and coordinate work with consultants of the project.
Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes or other regulations
Ensure to maintain all important documentation and implementation of procedures as per Integrated Management System (ISO 9001-2015, 14001, 45001)
Ensure to take proper measures on safety related recommendations from HSE department.
Ensure to take proper measures on Quality related recommendations from QA/QC department.
Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites to ensure that proper construction procedures are being followed.
Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
