• Responsible for providing a variety of administrative services including handling day-to-day administrative matters
  • Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
  • Preparing regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Responsible for the smooth functioning of all office-related administrative tasks.
  • Acquire and maintain office furnishing, equipment & supplies and provide administrative support for the maintenance of office property and assets.
  • Ensuring liaison with government, semi government and other departments on various issues for effective and efficient resolution.
  • Preparing travel arrangements for office staff and managers; overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets
  • Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair (heating and air conditioning, security, etc.) and updating (carpet cleaning, painting, etc.)
  • Establish and maintain appropriate filing of memorandums and vendor contracts.
  • Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action.
  • Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
  • Supervision of blue collar staff i.e. office boys, janitorial staff, security guards, etc;
  • Establishes standards and procedures for work of blue collar staff.
  • Maintain day-to-day admin/field tasks
  • Any other tasks assigned by line manager / HOD
