We need a profesional Experienced Paint Chemist for Industrial Coating:

Develop and/or improve products to meet customer and market needs.
Precise knowledge of stoving enamel range.
Knowledge of Deco coating (Nitrocellulose).
Knowledge of epoxy coating and Heat resistance.
Should be focused on R & D.
Assist in developing product technical date sheets
Should have a firm grip on testing of raw materials.
Trouble shooting knowledge.
Preparation of lab synthesized samples for customer evaluations.
Learn new topics and techniques through internal and external training and participation in industry conferences.
Applies creativity and innovation in developing new or improved products and in problem solving.
Familiarity with basic physical, chemical and analytical techniques for polymer characterization.
Understanding of safe laboratory practices.
