What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
 
-Within 30 days you will:
·  Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with a detailed orientation program where you will learn about Jazz’s core values, business, and products
·  Meet the relevant stakeholders to understand the strategy of the function in line with Organization strategy and company road map. Have meetings, with members of other teams to understand how each function at Jazz contributes to the overall success.
·  Develop understanding of your division, function, its structure, and your role within the team.
·  Get to know your relevant stakeholders related to Oracle ERP system and finance business processes e.g.  Service delivery teams, treasury and procurement.
· Develop understanding of Financial ERP system architecture
 
-Within 60 days, you will:
· Develop understanding of various finance business processes including P2P, I2C, R2R, Treasury etc.
· Initiate AS-IS study of finance business processes to identify process and system gaps and challenges
· Initiate System reviews to ensure completeness of data and related accounting
· Develop understanding of ongoing projects and lead them  
 
-Within 90 days to onwards you will:
· Revamping of business process resulting in smooth process flow
· Performing Gap analysis with respect to Global benchmarks and transformation with respect to them
· Review of ESS Global Build Out and alignment with Global processes & data structures
· Implementation of new modules  
· Introduction of Business Apps creating ease of use for all stakeholders
 
 
A Bit About You:
We are looking for someone who has delivered on challenging projects and has taken end to end responsibility from planning to roll out followed by feedback. An individual who can drive finance business processes improvements and has excellent communication skills. Prior experience of business process reengineering and ERP implementation is preferred.
 
A Bit About Us:
Business Process reengineering team is part of the corporate accounting and controls department within the finance Division. The team vision is to develop an agile finance division operating on world’s best processes and systems for delivering quality services to our customer.
 
The structure of the team you will join is:
· 5 member team (including the department head)
· You will be reporting to Manager Business Process Re-engineering
 
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
· Centre of Excellence for Finance Processes
· Introduction of Cloud Technology in Finance

To collaborate and produce effective business results, the role requires
The ability to build strong relationships with External Teams: Oracle Support vendors, System integrators and consultants
The ability to build strong relationships with Internal Teams: Technology, finance, service delivery & procurement teams.
 
The two (02) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.
· Stakeholders engagement for identifying business process re engineering resources and tools
· End to end process review for I2C and system reviews
 
The three (03) must have past experiences the candidate should have.
· Extensive knowledge of Oracle ERP System (R12 & Cloud)
· Thorough knowledge of finance, procurement and SCM processes
· In-depth knowledge of international accounting & reporting standards
 
The two (02) must have technologies the candidate should have.
· Oracle and cloud technology
· MS Office
 
Essential skills must have: 
· Leadership skills
· Stakeholder Management
· Analytical & Presentation Skills      
· Experience managing large cross-functional projects.
