The position we are offering is for experienced writers who can produce quality content for non-fiction books. We will provide training to shortlisted candidates so they can learn how our writing system works.

Jen's Pen Books is a book writing company with a mission to help their clients by writing self-help books for them, which in turn help people learn personal and professional development tactics. We aspire to build a team of skillful writers who are proficient, proactive, and productive.

Job Responsibilities:
- Writers must attend our training sessions to understand the book writing system and process we have developed.
- Write engaging and quality non-fiction books following our writing process.
- We conduct weekly meetings to discuss work progress. Every writer is therefore required to attend weekly meetings.
- Receive feedback positively and make revisions.
- Incorporating feedback in writing.
- Collaborate with senior writers to produce highly engaging content for the books.
We are looking for:
- Writers with impeccable English writing.
- Candidates with prior book writing experience.
- Individuals with a keen eye for detail and good analytical skills.
Compensation:
We offer $780 over 5-6 months(depending on the clients' proactivity). Also, we will pay $3 per hour for 10 hours of training, spanning two weeks.
