Lead the team for effective management of store operation in receiving, inspection, storage, issuance & transfer of items as per company policy.
Manage and train store staff.
Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.
To prevent overstocking and understocking of materials
To ensure most effective utilization of available storage space and workers engaged in the process of storekeeping.
Issuing materials to various departments against material requisition slips duly authorized by the respective departmental heads
To follow-up overall inventory management.
Regular physical verification Report of Materials and also submitted to the management
Ensure indents are raised & proper documentation is completed on a timely basis for requisition of items; Responsible for store keeping, documentation & record keeping.
Goods delivery schedule maintain according to delivery order qty.
Product Wise stock ledger
Daily received and dispatch data reports
Weekly monthly closing reports
Controlling inventory wastage
