Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to support the execution of ongoing projects in HVAC systems, boilers, renewable energy, and construction sectors. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring projects meet industry standards and align with specified requirements. This position requires collaboration across multiple departments to develop and implement project plans that are efficient, feasible, and delivered on time and within budget. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential to effectively manage project progress, resolve challenges, and provide clear updates to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the execution of mechanical engineering projects, focusing on HVAC boiler systems, renewable energy initiatives, and construction activities. Ensure all work complies with relevant industry standards and project specifications.

- Collaborate closely with various departments to develop comprehensive project plans. This includes defining clear objectives, establishing realistic schedules, and preparing accurate budgets to guide project execution.

- Participate in the review and approval of project designs, working collaboratively to confirm their feasibility and operational efficiency. Provide input to optimize design outcomes and ensure alignment with project goals.

- Monitor ongoing project progress by tracking milestones and deliverables. Identify potential challenges early and implement effective strategies to mitigate risks and keep projects on track.

- Communicate project status updates, key milestones, and any emerging risks proactively to all relevant stakeholders. Maintain transparency and foster a collaborative environment to support successful project completion.

- Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Maintain meticulous attention to detail and demonstrate the ability to make informed decisions that positively impact project outcomes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- Proven experience in mechanical engineering projects, particularly in HVAC, boiler systems, renewable energy, or construction environments.

- Solid understanding of industry standards, project management principles, and engineering design processes.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing project requirements.
