Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in aligning human resource initiatives with our overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including performance management, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and engagement. This role demands a proactive leader who can foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Additionally, the candidate will leverage HR analytics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support and align with the company’s business goals, ensuring that all HR activities contribute to organizational success.
- Oversee the Performance Management System (PMS), ensuring it is effectively managed to drive employee productivity and development. This includes setting clear performance expectations, conducting evaluations, and facilitating feedback processes.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience for new employees.
- Manage ongoing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.
- Address employee relations matters promptly and professionally, fostering a respectful and collaborative work environment. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale and retention. This includes organizing engagement activities, conducting surveys, and implementing improvement plans based on feedback.
- Utilize HR analytics to monitor key metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and continuous HR process enhancement.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of aligning HR strategies to business objectives.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing performance management systems and processes.
- Solid background in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and labor law compliance.
- Ability to lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive organizational culture.
- Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
