Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to optimize and manage multiple Upwork profiles, driving improved rankings and increased client conversions. This role involves developing and executing strategic bidding and engagement plans on Upwork, crafting tailored technical proposals, and conducting targeted B2B outreach via LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in profile optimization, proposal writing, and client relationship management, with a keen understanding of B2B sales processes and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). This position requires excellent written communication skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple profiles and client pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and manage several Upwork profiles to enhance visibility, improve rankings, and increase client conversion rates.
- Develop and implement effective bidding strategies and engagement plans tailored to the Upwork platform to maximize project wins.
- Write customized, technical cover letters and proposals that resonate with potential clients and address their specific needs.
- Conduct LinkedIn-based B2B outreach to generate leads, build relationships, and expand the client base.
- Design and execute pitching and follow-up strategies to nurture prospects and convert them into active clients.
- Analyze and apply Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to target the most relevant and high-potential clients effectively.
- Manage multiple client pipelines simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align profile content and proposals with overall business goals and client expectations.
